Many people see my Instagram and think I'm different, but deep down, I'm just like anyone else. We all want to be understood and not feel alone, even when everything looks good on the outside. I want to share some tough parts of my journey so others don't feel alone.

Sports were my thing, but a knee injury in grade 10 took that away. I struggled with school and was diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. College didn't feel right, so I partied and felt lost, eventually hitting rock bottom before my 20th birthday.

That's when I knew things had to change. With support from my family, I left college and focused on bodybuilding. It wasn't easy, but it helped me find purpose. I started a personal training business and worked hard, developing habits that helped me pull myself out of the darkness.

The gym became my anchor, showing me who I am and teaching me important life lessons. It's not just about physical training; it's about preparing for life itself, which led me from dark times to achievements like ironmans and biking across Canada. Ultimately, it's all been about training for life.

BECOME YOUR OWN HERO
SPEeCH INQUIRIES

I'm excited to connect through my speaking engagements, where I share my journey – the highs, lows, and everything in between. From pedaling across Canada to raise mental health awareness to navigating life's tough moments, I bring my story to life, speaking at schools, businesses, fitness spots, events, and more.

My talks aren't just about accomplishments; they're about the real struggles I faced. I open up about my battles with mental health, the challenges I confronted, and how I found my way through it all. Whether it's on stage or in a corporate setting, I aim to inspire others to push through their hurdles, showing that resilience and self-discovery pave the way to triumph.

Through my talks, I hope to encourage others to embrace their own journeys, navigate life's twists, and discover the strength within themselves.

For inquiries or to schedule the "Become Your Own Hero" speech for your school, workplace, or event, please feel free to reach out to me. I look forward to discussing booking details with you.

for mental health.

In summer 2023 I took part in the Ride Across Canada Expedition for Mental Health, an 8000 km journey that started in Tofino, B.C., and ended in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador.

This mission for me is taking on an endeavour and adversity that leans into fear and leans into discomfort for myself. It shows people in a very transparent and vulnerable way and documenting my mission, to be able to show people what they are capable of.
